Jo Fox has 30+ years of experience working in executive roles across diverse sectors including global pharmaceuticals R&D and manufacturing, energy (oil and gas, energy generation, retailing and renewables), supply chain infrastructure. She has significant experience working with boards including ASX, NFP and private companies.
Jo has a proven track record of leading people, culture and large scale transformation initiatives in complex and regulated sectors. Jo’s background includes serving as Chief People Officer at to ASX-listed companies including Santos and AGL as well as overseeing corporate affairs, health and safety and risk in the supply chain infrastructure sector.
As a specialist in people, culture, communications and stakeholder engagement, she brings hands on people and culture experience with an additional focus on risk, stakeholder engagement, attraction, retention and the intersection of leadership and the employee value proposition.
